Amar te Duele (Love Hurts)
2009, Fernando Sariñana, 104 minutes
This modern-day retelling of Romeo and Juliet depicts the story of Renata, a young, upper-class girl, and Ulises, a poor graffiti artist. They fall in love despite the disapproval of their separate communities, including Renata's parents, who want to put a stop to the relationship by sending her to Canada.
