Elad Weingrod, writer of popular children’s poem and picture book Like you, Like me ‘s writer, will be coming to UCCA to meet with young readers, to share the story ,and Israeli culture. There will also be beautiful songs and interesting games waiting for you. The book has been published by Israel Agam Publishing House and China Children Publishing House.

Children’s Literature Salon: UCCA teams up with publishing houses, editors, and literacy advocate organizations. Special guests will include authors of children’s literature from both China and abroad to launch a new Literature Salon for kids aged 7-10 years old. The focus is on introducing kids to some of the classics of children’s literature and instilling a lifelong love of reading, inspiring imagination through words.

Elad Welngrod, Israeli writer, content manager of Hop! Hop! is one of the most popular interactive on-line websites for children in Israel. The website corresponds directly with the leading Hop! TV Channel for children and toddlers. He had been editor of the daily culture section of Maariv, a daily Israeli newspaper, and reporter in Tel-Aviv.
The children's poem "Like you, Like me" has been adapted into a children musical, performed by Israeli Theatre Orchestra in Tel-Aviv Museum of Art Concert Hall, as the story , the musical itself is also the cooperative of China and Israel.
