The Henn China Academy is an interdisciplinary residency program for researchers hosted by HENNArchitekten. The Academy provides an open platform to unite experts from various fields. By exploring architectural topics of shared interest, the Academy promotes an essential discussion between academics and professionals. In 2013, the Henn China Academy workshop will take place in Beijing from September 13 to 23. The theme of this workshop is “Minimal Surface High-Rise Structures.” Participants include fifteen students from four architectural schools, HENN’s senior architects, and invited experts and researchers from different fields. The UCCA forum will present the results of these interdisciplinary investigations.
