During an eighteen-hour workshop spread across three days, Ted Nash shares insight and experience with a selection of local musicians. Continuing in the vein of his album "Portrait in Seven Shades", in which he drew inspiration from several MoMA masterpieces, the workshop focuses on improvisation. Using Rauschenberg works as primary material, the musicians compose melodies inspired by the current exhibition "Rauschenberg in China." During morning improvisation sets and afternoon workshops, audiences can enjoy the creative process, which culminates in Ted Nash’s performances on 19 and 20 August.
