ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The third conference of this amazing cycle will be given by Pascal Sévérac, specialist in Spinoza’s philosophy and vice-director of the International College of Philosophy (Collège international de Philosophie: CIPh). His talk will be focused on the concept of Nature.

From the Lumières (Age of the Enlightened), we have inherited a certain idea of Nature – especially concerning what is perceived as morally and politically desirable. But today, can Nature still be considered as a norm?
